Installing the Pocket PC version



  • Download the program update or starter pack and install. The Pocket PC program is included with the desktop program.
  • For a trouble-free installation we would recommend you install the starter pack.
  • You must have your Pocket PC installed and syncing with your desktop before you install this version.

Please note:
Unless you have purchased the unlock code you will only be able to install the material included with the starter pack plus maps and charts.

After you have installed the desktop program go to the menu and click on "Tools - Configure Pocket PC". See image. If this option is not enabled, update your ActiveSync.

After clicking on "Configure Pocket PC" a warning message will open up. Verify again that your Pocket PC is synchronized with your desktop and click on "Yes".

Click on the "Install" button to begin the installation. If the install button is not enabled you will first have to select the location under the destination column.

If you have purchased the unlock code go to each tab section and select any of the additional material you want to install. Do this before you install the program.

If you want to add or remove material open this window and go to the various tab sections to select or de-select items. Click on the "Update Pgm" button to add/remove items.

To remove the program from your Pocket PC click on the "Uninstall" button.
