Step 4 - Insert Topic Markers

Open Windows Notepad and locate the file "topic.txt" which you should have copied into the work directory. At the start of the text place the topic marker $$$ 1 as shown. Be sure to put a space between the dollar sign and the number.

Hint:
When working with a large topic enter a marker and number for the first topic section only. You do not have to add numbers to any of the other sections, add only the marker $$$. The program will automatically add the numbers when you import. Be sure to un-check "Sequence Check".

Step 5 - Save and Re-name

Click on "File > Save As"..

The dialog box as shown below will open. Change the file name to _PRODSON.EXP

*IMPORTANT*
In the "Save as type:" you MUST change it to All Files (*.*) by clicking on the drop down box and selecting. If you do not do this the file name will have two extensions and the Online Bible program will not find it.

Notepad will show the new file name in the upper left. We are now finished so close Notepad and open the Online Bible program.
