We find the best way is to use the hotkeys in the following order after correcting -
- Press CTRL+Home to move the cursor to the top.
- Press CTRL+K to do a check for other errors. If the cursor ends at
the bottom of the screen with no error messages displaying the text is clean.
- You may want to press CTRL+Home and then do a final CTRL+Q
to re-format any changes that may have been made when the corrections were
done.
When finished with the corrections right click again to open the popup menu
and select "Save/Exit" or use the hotkey combination CTRL+Z.
Press the right arrow key to move to the next topic and open the editor to
make the corrections. After all the errors have been fixed move on to the next
step in which we will compile the material.
